КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНА МОДЕЛЬ ОФІСУ УПРАВЛІННЯ ПРОЕКТАМИ ОРГАНІЧНОГО ВИРОБНИЦТВА

The contemporary scientific research on decision-making in projects of agriculture, as well as the practice of using technologies of organic production Ukrainian and foreign agricultural enterprises are outlined. The critical analysis of the Regional Programme of agro-industrial complex Lugansk region in 2016-2020 years is implemented. The arguments for the introduction of organic production technology to solve of agribusiness problems in Luhansk region are formulated. The role of the Office management of organic production projects in management system of integration program is determined. Project Management Office of the organic production is considered as a consulting center that provides expert support of decision making for the organic production organization and reengineering of the agrarian industrial complex. «Content inserts» of the basic model of project office proposed, including: «organizational structure management cooperation agricultural enterprises», «project management team with agro-ecology-sensitive competencies», «technical service center organic farming», etc. The proposed concept of Office management of organic production projects capable to accumulate organizational and technical capabilities agro-formations for agro-ecological projects management system. In addition, the successful implementation of agro-ecological projects reflected both in terms of the efficiency of an agricultural enterprises and other segments of socio-economic development of territories (e.g., construction of new infrastructure, preservation of cultural and historical heritage, improvement of employment etc.).
