Stacking mechanism of cash recycling system

2015
The invention relates to a stacking mechanism of a cash recycling system and aims to overcome the defect that, in the prior art, uncontrollability of the flight attitude of two banknotes flying out of a passage and wide motion range of the banknotes in the stacking mechanism rarely easily cause the banknotes, flying out in succession, interfering each other, thus affecting stacking. The stacking mechanism comprises a shell, an exit plate, a passage plate, a push plate, a banknote door, a buffer plate and a guide plate; the guide plate is in a triangular structure; a slope of the guide plate is disposed at a position corresponding to a banknote flight guide direction after the banknotes fly out of the passage; one end of the guide plate is mounted on the exit plate through a rotary shaft, and the other end thereof is provided with a limiting rod; the limiting rod is provided with a first roller; the shell is provided with a limiting plate perpendicular to the guide plate; the limiting rod is reversely hooked to the limiting plate; one end of a torsion spring is fixedly connected to the guide plate, and the other end of the torsion spring is fixedly connected with the exit plate. The stacking mechanism allows low stacking rate and is suitable for cash recycling systems.
