Abstract Sharpless modified Huisgen’s [2+3] cycloaddition of azide and acetylenic derivatives was employed as an efficient and simple method to conjugate azabicycloalkane amino acids, mimics of a homoSer-Pro dipeptide, with biologically relevant partners.
