RS3PE syndrome: An update on its treatment using the presentation of a case Abstract The present study was undertaken in order to try to clarify certain aspects of RS3PE syndrome, for which there is no unanimity of opinion in the current literature. An attempt will be made to clarify the best and most suitable drug for treatment, and the dosage duration. In order to do this, a literature search was performed, and a review is presented of the 108 cases collected.
