The Croatian Governmental System

Authors made a brief overview of all main institutions of croatian governmental system with comparasion of current constitutional solutions and one before constitutional revision in 2000. and 2001. The overview of all branches of government is suported with judicial review of Constitutional Court of Croatia concerning some questions raised in practice of governmental institutions.
