A Case Report of Wedge Osteotomy of Radius with Sauvé-Kapandji Method in Madelung's Deformity

We report a case of Madelung's Deformity in a 23-year-old female. When she was 11 years old, she was aware of the deformity of her bilateral wrist and forearm. Wrist pain started when she was 13 and the symptoms worsened. We performed wedge osteotomy of radius with the Sauve-Kapandji Method at the bilateral sides when she was 22 and 23. After the operation, wrist pain and range of motion improved.
