EFFECT OF PROFITABILITY AND SOLVENCY ON SHARE PRICES (Empirical Study of Property and Real Estate)

The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of profitability, and solvency on the share price.The research method used is explanatory. The data used is secondary data. The research population is allproperty and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018.Sampling using purposive sampling methods. A sample of 12 companies was obtained with a total observationof 36 data. Data analysis methods using panel data analysis and data testing are performed using the E-Views10 program. The results showed profitability had an effect on the share price, and solvency had an effect on theshare price. Profitability, and solvency affect the share price.
