Data generated using an XFe96 extracellular flux analyser and performing mitochondrial and glycolysis stress tests on PBMCs from healthy controls and CFS patients. All patients gave written, informed consent after obtaining ethical approval for the project from the appropriate National Research Ethics Committees.
