Effect of Nano-Iron (Fe) Fertilization and Rhizobium leguminosarum on the Qualitative and Quantitative Traits of Phaseolus vulgaris Genotypes

2013
In order to produce crops with the aim of reducing the consumption of chemical fertilizers and the use of micro-nutrients such as iron (Fe) and increase the yield, the use of stabilizers bacteria and fertilizers such as nano-composite have been considered. In order to study the interaction of iron nano- composite fertilizer, and Rhizobium Faseoulli on quantitative and qualitative traits of figures, Phaseolus vulgaris, a factorial experiment with three replications in a randomized complete block design was conducted in Siahkal city 1390. Factors examined include iron nano-composite (non-spraying and spraying solution), nitrogen stabilizer bacteria (inoculated and non inoculated) and four genotypes of Phaseolus vulgaris namely (Sadri, Talash, Khomein and local Gilan) respectively. Beans were harvested after physiological maturity and grain yield, Hundred seed weight, numbers of seeds per pod and protein percentage were measured. The results of variance analysis on the interaction of three factors, variety and bacteria and nano composites showed no significant difference in 100 seed weight. Comparing the results of averaging the interaction of three bacteria factors with sort and nano-composite on yield indicating that Khomein genotype by inoculation and foliar iron (Fe) nanocomposites by 5759 kg ha have the highest and Gillan local varieties with not inoculation of bacteria and spraying and not inoculation of bacteria and no spraying in 1839 and 1854 kg ha -1 , respectively had the lowest yield values.
