The invention relates to a method for preparing chromatographic acetonitrile by utilizing industrial acetonitrile. Selective absorption is performed on impurity components in the industrial acetonitrile by utilizing graphene oxide. The industrial acetonitrile treated through the graphene oxide according to the method reaches the level of the chromatographic acetonitrile, and the method is high in maneuverability, simple, easy to control, good in reproducibility and low in production cost. The reaction yield is larger than 95%, and the product purity is larger than 99.99%. Compared with the situation that conventional potassium permanganate - sodium hydroxide oxidizing agent kettle residue is insoluble to water and cannot be removed easily, the method is free of residue generation, and the graphene oxide can be utilized repeatedly.
