Solution - protector of cornea and other surfaces of eye

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology and ophthalmic surgery, and aims at treating and preventing diseases cornea, in treating any injuries with effects of inflammation and oedema, as well as tread ocular tissues. Solution contains sulphated glycosaminoglycans, represented by chondroitin sulphate, water-soluble cellulose derivatives and balanced salt solution. As water-soluble cellulose derivatives used is a mixture of hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose with hydroxyethyl cellulose in ratio of 3:7 to 7:3. Components are used in mentioned ratio. EFFECT: use of invention prolongs drying time of composition on surface of eye tissues due to application of chondroitin sulphate in minimal concentrations in a combination with a mixture of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and hydroxyethyl cellulose, which improves rheological and viscous properties of whole solution, which enables to make on surface of epithelium stable protective film, as well as intensifying production of anti-inflammatory and anti-edematous effect and accelerate corneal tissue repair processes. 1 cl, 2 tbl, 12 ex
