Découverte de restes humains moustériens dans l'abri Moula (Soyons, Ardèche)

1993
In 1991, thirteen Neandertal remains were discovered at more than 6 m depth in a small excavation in the Abri Moula (Soyons, Ardeche). The biostratigraphic context belongs to a temperature period dated at more than 49,000 year BP. The great taphonomic interest of these discoveries is the presence of cutmarks on several human remains, associated with signs of fresh-bone fracture
