On Development of Yunnan Minority Women Talents

Female talent is an important part of the national talent resource.Development of minority women talents plays a vital role in promoting economy of ethnic minority regions.This paper points out the problems existing in the development of Yunnan minority women talents and puts forward some countermeasures for developing female human resources from national level,organizational level as well as individual level.
