Edocument exchange SOA solution project

Currently,governments pay more attation to edocument exchange system.How to build a service-oriented edocument exchange system was described.Starting form most of edocument exchange system's drawback today,SOA was introduced and SOA framework of edocument exchange system was built up.Then,the key technology of building such a system including SOAP,security and capability was described.Finally,a conclussion with looking forward future was given.
