Project management in health care enterprises (HCE) includes definition of project as well as end product delivery and training the high professional skill workers. Cognizant of the RFID and RTLS capabilities empowers developers to enrich the IT systems of HCE. Leverage RFID technology, leading integrated information to achieve the predetermined objectives. This paper introduce a conceptual model to organize the necessities of project management and establishment using RFID technology. A brief chronological study on RFID implications in health care enterprises is conducted and placed beyond the proposed model.
