Lower limb exercise assisting device

[Problem] To simplify a structure and reduce cost and weight. [Solution] A rotating body 14 is provided on a base 12 so as to be rotatable around a vertical axis. A left-leg recess 20 and a right-leg recess 22 which open upward are provided on the upper surface of the rotating body 14. The rotating body 14 is driven by an electric motor 30 provided in the base 12 so as to reciprocatingly rotate at a predetermined rotational angle.
