El pronostico de los pacientes con sida depende del exito del tratamiento antirretroviral. El curso clinico de la inmunodeficiencia severa sin tratamiento antirretroviral eficaz favorece la aparicion de infecciones oportunistas y de sus recidivas. Presentamos el caso de un enfermo con sida, toxoplasmosis cerebral, recidiva de una hiperinfestacion por Strongyloides stercoralis y tuberculosis diseminada en forma simultanea. Palabras clave. CEREBRAL TOXOPLASMOSIS IN A PATIENT WITH AIDS AND RELAPSE OF  HYPERINFESTATION BY STRONGYLOIDES STERCORALIS AND DISSEMINATED TUBERCULOSIS Abstract The prognosis of AIDS patients depends on the success of antiretroviral therapy. The clinical course of severe immunodeficiency without effective antiretroviral treatment favors the appearance of opportunistic infections and their relapses. We present a patient with simultaneous AIDS, cerebral toxoplasmosis, recurrence of hyperinfestation by Strongyloides stercoralis, and disseminated tuberculosis. Key words.
