Procedure for the repair and manufacture of a rotor with integral blades for a turbine.

1999
Procedure for repairing a rotor integral vane for a turbine, in which are disposed - by the circumferential surface (2) of a support (1) - several pallets (3, 4, 5) protruding therefrom; which method is characterized by the following steps: Removing a stretch of vanes (4, 5?), which must be replaced, leaving a stump section (10, 13), which constitutes an integral part of the blade (3 , 4, 5) and having a front surface (11, 14) for the purpose of its binding with a length of replacement vane (20); arrangement of an inductor (16) around the front surface (11, 14) of the stump section (10, 13); positioning section replacement vane (20) - which is essentially present in its final form and corresponding to section palette (4?, 5?), which has been removed - the stump section (10, 13); to this end, they are mutually opposite a surface (21) of the section replacement vane (20) and the front surface (11, 14) the section trunnion (10, 13), the same substantially in alignment with each other and to a reduced mutual distance; and bonding by welding the section replacement vane (20) with the leg stump (10, 13) within a protective gas atmosphere and by the excitation of an inductor (16) with an electric current of high frequency and by the approach between the portion of replacement vane (20) and the stump section (10, 13), making contact between the front surface (11, 14) of the stump section (10, 13) -which is so doughy to liquid melting - and the surface (21) of the replacement vane section (20), which is also up liquid, paste fusion.
