The invention discloses a method for uniformly acidizing nitrogen foams of a horizontal well. The method comprises the following steps: (1) placing a rotary acid spraying tool and a conveying tubular column into a construction well section of the horizonal well; (2) rotating spraying acid solution to the construction well section through an oil pipe and the rotary acid spraying tool, wherein the acid solution is composed of HCl, HF and water and the weight percent of the components is as follows: 7%-13% of HCl, 1%-2% of HF and the balance of water; (3) pumping all the acid solution into a well shaft till flowing out of the well shaft, starting the nitrogen foam acid discharge by using the foam solution in the density of 0.4-0.5g/cm and ending after discharging all the acid solution; detaching the construction tool. According to the method for uniformly acidizing the nitrogen foams of the horizontal well and improving petroleum reservoir exploitation effect disclosed by the invention, the continuous oil pipe and the rotary acid spraying tool are used for uniformly spraying an oil layer of the horizontal well, so that the acidizing scope of the thin oil deposit is widened, the use ratio of the injected acid solution is increased and the developing effect of the thin oil deposit horizontal well is greatly improved.
