Clinical observation on the effect of compound anisodine postauricular injection combined with conventional scheme in the treatment of sudden deafness

2018
Objective To observe the effect of compound anisodine postauricular injection combined with conventional scheme in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods 100 patients with sudden deafness who underwent initial treatment in our department from April 2015 to January 2017 were observed. The control group received routine treatment, and the study group received postauricular injection of compound anisodine on the basis of routine treatment, once per day, and 14 days as a course of treatment. The curative effect were compared between two groups. Results 79 patients competed the whole treatment. The cure rate in the control group was 44.7% (17/38), the effective rate was 57.9% (22/38); the cure rate in the study group was 51.2% (21/41), the effective rate was 80.5% (33/41); there was no statistically significant difference in the cure rate between the two groups (P>0.05), but the effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Postauricular injection of compound anisodine combined with conventional scheme in the treatment of sudden deafness can improve the treatment effect and hearing level, which is simple, safe, and effective, is worth popularizing.
