Servo stretch forming machine

The invention discloses a servo stretch forming machine. Two guide rails are fixed to the two sides of the upper portion of a machine body frame in the horizontal direction. A jacking platform is arranged in the middle of the machine body frame. Bendable clamps are symmetrically installed on the guide rails on the two sides, stretch rotating mechanisms are also symmetrically installed on the guide rails on the two sides, and the bendable clamps are fixed to the front ends of the stretch rotating mechanisms. Stretch rotating mechanism driving devices are installed between the rear ends of the stretch rotating mechanisms and the guide rails. The bendable clamps are hinged to stretch servo driving mechanisms on the stretch rotating mechanisms through tension bars. The left and right sides of each stretch rotating mechanism are hinged to sliding mechanisms. Vertical-swing supporting rods are hinged to the bottoms of the stretch rotating mechanisms. The other ends of the vertical-swing supporting rods are connected with the output ends of frame swing speed-reducing servo motors. Jacking servo motors are connected with the jacking platform through jacking lead screws. The servo stretch forming machine improves curved-surface part machining quality and efficiency, reduces stretcher manufacturing cost and can be more widely used in the fields of aerospace, automobiles, railway vehicles, modern construction and the like.
