ANALISIS DAN STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN PELAYANAN KEFARMASIANDAN PENGGUNAAN OBAT DI INSTALASI FARMASI RS BHAYANGKARATk. III NGANJUK DENGAN METODE HANLON

Independent institution at present appointed to assess hospital compliance with standard accreditation was Komisi Akreditasi Rumah sakit (KARS). Standard evaluation used was Standar Nasional Akreditasi Rumah Sakit Edisi 1 (SNARS First Edition). Accreditation shows the real commitment of a hospital to improve the safety and quality of patient care. Aims of this study was to determine the suitability level and PKPO development strategy in pharmacy installation at Bhayangkara Hospital Level III Nganjuk with the SNARS accreditation standard first edition, based on problems priority scale using Hanlon analysis. This study design was a non-experimental in pharmacy installation at Bhayangkara Hospital Level III Nganjuk. Data were analyzed quantitative and qualitative. Data collected carried out using a questionnaire instrument. Brainstorming and document tracking are also carried out to support data obtained in depth, in exploring matters relating to the accreditation standards of pharmaceutical services, activities or processes in the elements of accreditation standard assessment and strategies for developing pharmaceutical service plans. Results of this study showed pharmacy installation at Bhayangkara Hospital Level III Nganjuk had achieved accreditation results above the minimum value determined by KARS based on SNARS first edition, however, still had to work harder to achieve the maximum accreditation value standard. The percentage of simulation scores obtained: organizing 85%, selection and procurement 82%, storage 89%, prescribing and copying 83%, preparation and submission 84%, drug administration 84%, monitoring 93%. Development strategy with Hanlon analysis to be applied at pharmacy installation at Bhayangkara Hospital Level III Nganjuk who does not meet the maximum standard were PKPO 2 formulary review, procurement chain management, PKPO 4 implementation of reconciliation, prescription management, evidence of drug list implementation, PKPO 6 monitoring self medication, PKPO 5 mixing drugs according to professional practice, medicine labeling, PKPO 1 studies pharmaceutical services, appropriate sources of information, PKPO 3 medicine storage, extermination, PKPO 7 side effects monitoring.
