CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for improving skin whitening and wrinkle smoothing contains Notopterygii Rhizoma, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Asari herba Cum Radice, Eucommiae Cortex, Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix, Dipsaci Radix, Rehmanniae Radix preparat, Angelicae Gigantis Radix, Ginseng Radix, Paeoniae Radix alba, Poria, Cinnamomi Ramulus, Cnidii Rhizoma, and Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens. The medicinal herb mixture extract is obtained by extracting with water, low alcohol of carbone 1-4.
