The paper presents the results of a study of three-dimensional structure of radio waves refractivity by a network of seven ground receivers for GPS and GLONASS, located in the city of Kazan. Two retrieving methods of the refractivity structure of radio waves through the code and phase measurements have been considered. The question of the optimal troposphere grid to solve the inverse problem of troposphere radio tomography is investigated. It is shown that the standard deviation of the refractivity values obtained by radio tomography method do not exceed 9% of the average of at altitudes up to 2300 m.
