The invention relates to an integrated cathode and anode suspension supporting water film dust removal roof electric precipitation device and system. The device comprises an anode system and a cathode system and is characterized in that the anode system comprises an upper anode frame and a lower anode frame which are arranged vertically symmetrically; a water inlet is formed in one end of the upper anode frame, and meanwhile a plurality of water outlets are formed in the side face of the upper anode frame; an anode plate vertically connected with the upper anode frame and the lower anode frame is arranged at the position of each water outlet; water flows out of water outlet holes of the upper anode frame, and even water films are fast formed on the front face and the back face of each anode plate; water collecting pipes are arranged at the bottom of the lower anode frame and communicate with guide pipes; the cathode system comprises a plurality of cathode lines arranged between the adjacent anode plates; and an electrostatic field is formed by the cathode lines, the anode plates and a high-pressure power source.
