The preparation method of the compound shown in the formula I comprises the steps as follows: under the catalytic action of alkali, 3-amino-1 H-1, 2, 4-triazole and an electrophilic reagent are subjected to electrophilic substitution reaction, so that the compound shown in the formula I is obtained. The weed killer can be used for preventing and killing weeds, green bristle grass, crab grass, eleusine indica, black nightshade, amaranth, piemarker, quinoa, scandent hop, summer cypress, field bindweed, acalypha australis, Ixeris chinensis and viola prionantha.
