The Electric Power System Harmonic Detecting Based on Fourier and Wavelet Transform

This paper advances Fourier and wavelet transform comprehensive detecting algorithm using the special effect on detecting singularity point and high resolving degree in time domain of wavelet,combined with the exact frequency resolving ability of fast Fourier transform.Example is given to show the correctness of the new method.
