La dimensión ambiental desde la asignatura Desarrollo Gerencial en la Universidad Metropolitana de Ecuador

El presente trabajo se realizo con el objetivo de analizar como trabajar la dimension ambiental en la carrera Ingenieria en Gestion Gerencial desde la asignatura Desarrollo Gerencial en la Universidad Metropolitana de Ecuador. Para esto se estudiaron documentos normativos: internacionales, nacionales y de la institucion educativa. Como resultado las autoras reflexionan sobre la necesidad de aprovechar todas las potencialidades educativas que ofrece el curriculo, el ambiente universitario y las actividades extracurriculares para favorecer en los estudiantes modos de actuacion que posibiliten transformar de manera sostenible el contexto en el que viven una vez de graduados. Palabras clave: Dimension ambiental, formacion profesional, Desarrollo Gerencial.   ABSTRACT The present work was carried out with the objective of analyzing how to work the environmental dimension in the Engineering in Management Management career from the Management Development subject at the Metropolitan University of Ecuador. For this, normative documents were studied: international, national and of the educational institution. As a result, the authors reflect on the need to take advantage of all the educational potentialities offered by the curriculum, the university environment and extracurricular activities in order to favor in students modes of action that make it possible to sustainably transform the context in which they live once they graduate.
