The touch control panel comprises touch control units, a control module and control switches, wherein the touch control units are matrix-shaped and used for receiving a touch control instruction of a user and generating touch control signals, the control module is used for receiving and analyzing touch control signals and comprises a time sequence signal input end, a plurality of touch control signal input ends, a plurality of control signal output ends and a digit signal output end, the time sequence signal input end is connected with a time sequence signal generator, the touch control signal input ends are connected with the output ends of the control switches, the control signal output ends are connected with the control ends of the control switches, the control signal output ends generate scanning clock signals according to time sequence signals generated by the time sequence signal generator, the input ends of the control switches are connected to the touch control unit, the output ends of the control switches are connected to one touch control signal input end, and the control ends of the control switches are connected with one control signal output end. The touch control panel and the touch control display screen are clear in wiring, small in occupied space and capable of improving the analysis speed of the control module and reducing the error rate.
