REPORT OF HARD MINERALS COMMITTEE

The Hard Minerals Committee, Section of Natural Resources Law, American Bar Association, held a meeting in Reno, Nevada, on January 27, 28 and 29, 1971, during which an article was prepared for publication in the July, 1971, issue of the Natural Resources Lawyer and entitled: "Mined-Land Reclamation in the Western States A Brief Look." The Committee was represented at all sessions of the Natural Resources Section during the New York meeting of the American Bar Association by Chairman Robert G. Dwyer, on July 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, 1971.
