ANALISIS KEBISINGAN DAN GETARAN PADA MESIN PENGGILING PADI DI DESA TEBEDAK, OGAN ILIR, SUMATERA SELATAN

This study aims to analyze the level of noise and mechanical vibrations in the rice mill room received by the operator when operating the machine. The results of the measurement of the noise at a height of 150 cm on the first floor obtained the lowest noise level of 83.9 dB and the highest noise level of 101.3 dB. . At a height of 120 cm the lowest noise value is 84.2 dB and the highest noise value is 101.2 dB. Measuring the second floor with a height of 150 cm, the lowest noise level is 82.2 dB and the highest noise level is 84.6 dB. At a height of 120 cm, the lowest noise level is 82.8 dB and the highest noise level is 84.9 dB. The noise level of the rice mill has exceeded the noise threshold. The results of vibration measurements were carried out at three points, those were the ground floor 0.7 of m/s2, the engine floor of 4 m/s2 and the upper floor of 2.4 m/s2 and still under the value of vibration threshold.
