The invention relates to a preparation method of porous dressing of a silk fibroin-calcium alginate biological wound in the technical field of skin care products and medical apparatuses and instruments. The preparation method specifically comprises the steps: dissolving fibrous silk fibroin formed after a silkworm cocoon is degummed, filtering, dialyzing and concentrating so as to obtain silk fibroin water solutions with different weight concentrations; mixing deionized water and calcium alginate with a defined amount of silk fibroin solution, placing the obtained gelatinous solution in an environment with a normal temperature to obtain a gel film, freezing and drying the gel film to obtain the porous dressing of the fibroin-calcium alginate biological wound. The excellent biocompatibility is realized; the deionized water and the calcium alginate in the raw materials are both natural active materials, are used commonly used for the health-care food industry without stimulation on the skin, and are good in hygroscopicity and water-absorbing quality; the silk fibroin and the calcium alginate both have the high water holding rate property, thereby being relatively good in affinity property on the skin.
