Энергия активации распада протопектина корзинки подсолнечника в потоке гидролизующего раствора

The article describes a result of catalytic degradation of protopectin (PP) from sunflower head residue in the hydrodynamics flow of hydrochloride solution via galacturonic acid analysis from solution fraction in columns mode. Experimental data are treated by consequence degradation reaction of PP to MG and PS in the dynamics flow. The kinetics data results in determination of the rate constant and activation energy of the process.
