Formation of Nanosized Structurally-phase States in Multifunctional Niobium-boron Contenting Coatings

Formation of nanosized structurally-phase states in multifunctional niobium-boron contenting coatings on martensife steel is investigated by methods of optical, scanning and transmission electron microscopy. Several physical-mathematical models explaining the mechanisms of nanosize phase formation are suggested.
