ANALISIS PENGARUH PEMBERIAN TUNJANGAN SERTIFIKASI DAN PENDIDIKAN SERTA PELATIHAN TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KINERJA DOSEN DAN KINERJA FAKULTAS DI UNIVERSITAS SUMATERA UTARA

The this research was aimed to empirically test and analyze the influence of granting certification the allowance to lectures, education, and trainings in order to increase the performance of the lecturers and faculties at the University of Sumatera Utara. The population of the research was 903 lecturers who obtained certifications at the University of Sumatera Utara, and 95 of them were used as the samples. F-tes and t-test were used simultaneursly and partially to analyze the influence of granting certifications allowance to lecturers, education, and training in order to increase the perfomance of lecturers and faculties at the University of Sumatera Utara. The results of research showed that certification allowaance, education, and trainings simultaneously influenced the increase in the perfomance of lecturers; however partially the certification for the lecturers, education, and training did not influence the increase in performance of faculties.
