Реабилитация больных детей в условиях оказания первичной медико-санитарной помощи

Rehabilitation is one of the components of preventive medicine. In the article the technical approaches to sick kids' rehabilitation at the stage of primary health care for infant population are scientifically based. The algorithm of physician's work is proposed, it includes determination of kids' contingent who are in need of rehabilitation, evaluation of necessity in medicinal, psychological, pedagogical and social services, elaboration and realization of type (concerning nosology) programme, fulfillment of individual programme and rehabilitation route, evaluation of rehabilitation's efficiency.
