Research Status of Ultrasound Functional Imaging in Assessment of Hepatic Fibrosis

2012
At present, ultrasound functional imaging contains two fields:ultrasound elastography and contrast-enhance ultrasound.Using real time contrast-enhance ultrasound in determination of hepatic artery vein transit time and liver parenchyma time intensity curve can reflect the anomaly change of liver blood perfusion and hemodynamics caused by hepatocirrhosis, thus evaluate the degree of hepatic fibrosis indirectly;but virtual touch tissue quantification can reflect the hardness of diffuse liver diseases tissue. It′s a quantitative analysis method with features of real time, noninvasive, simple and easy, conducting in living body which canbe operated repeatedly.
