The invention relates to a soil humidity measuring device based on wireless microcomputer control, comprising a controlled system used for gathering the signals of soil moisture and a controlling system used for controlling the controlled system, wherein the operation of information is transferred between the controlled system and the controlling system by the mode of wireless communication; the controlled system comprises a soil moisture sensor used for detecting the change of the soil moisture according to the change of electric capacity, a signal converting circuit used for converting capacitance change signals into oscillator signal frequency, a first SCM system used for calculating the water content according to the oscillator signal frequency, and a first wireless communication module used for mutually transferring information with the controlling system; and the controlling system comprises a second SCM system used for monitoring and running the controlled system, and a second wireless communication module used for mutually transferring information with the controlled system.
