Method for integrated analysis of real-time pcr and dna chip

PURPOSE: A test system by real-time PCR and DNA chip and an analysis method using the same are provided to prevent contamination and to automatically test serial process. CONSTITUTION: An integrated analysis method of a bio material comprises a qualitative analysis of a reaction product amplified by real-time PCR and a quantitative analysis of the reaction product from a bio chip fixed with a target gene probe. The target gene probe includes a peptide, protein, nucleic acid, PNA(peptide nucleic acid), aptamer, or antibody. The analysis method is used for detecting a target nucleic acid of Mycobacterium tuberculosis or hepatitis B virus.
