Niobium tube extrusion method

The present invention discloses a method of pressing the niobium tube, the production method comprising the steps of: preparing hollow shell, a frequency induction heating (600 ± 10 ℃), lubricating glass frit, the second frequency induction heating (1150 ± 10 ℃ ), reaming (reduction of not more than 20.0%), three frequency induction heating (1200 ± 10 ℃), small deformation extrusion (the extrusion ratio is not greater than 10, reduction of less than 90%), the air cooling process , and ultimately the hot extrusion process of the niobium tube. With this method of producing a seamless tube of niobium to ensure adequate thermal processing of plastic; extrusion method using a small modification to avoid the disadvantages of the poor flowability of niobium; performance and size to meet user requirements.
