Special Needs Patients: Evaluation and Treatment

Dentists will encounter special care patients in the course of their dental career. This course will provide a definition of special care patients, review assessment of medical, psychiatric, and behavioral history as a determinant for selecting the proper clinical setting, and an overview of patient management techniques and legal aspects of care.
