Peritoneal dialysis catheter and laparoscopic system

Provided is a peritoneal dialysis catheter with which peritoneal dialysis can be performed without difficulty, through which an endoscope can be passed easily, and which facilitates intra-abdominal observation with the endoscope passed therethrough. A peritoneal dialysis catheter (1A) includes: a bottom curved portion (10) which is disposed on a bottom (101) of an abdominal cavity (100) and has an opening (10a) for dialysate flow provided on a sidewall; and an abdominal cavity linear portion (11) which continues from a proximal end of the bottom curved portion and is disposed inside the abdominal cavity. An exit (14) for extending the endoscope is provided on a distal end. A distal direction (F1) is oriented toward a proximal end (11n) side. The bottom curved portion and portions distal thereto are disposed outside a front area of the exit. In another configuration, a peritoneal dialysis catheter is provided having a tube body as a main constituent in which two parallel channels including a distal reach channel and a proximal reach channel are formed. An insertion part of an endoscope is passed through the proximal reach channel to observe the abdominal cavity.
