Effect of Leweijian on Pathological Atypism in Rats with Gastric Precancerous Lesions

Objective:To investigate the effect of Leweijian(LWJ) on pathological atypism in rats with gastric precancerous lesions(GPL).Methods:The rat GPL model was established by drinking 100 mg/L N methyl N nitro N nitro soguanidine (MNNG) solution freely for 24 weeks.ISA?IGF?GSF and ING of gastric mucosa were measured by automatic image analysing system after 12 weeks treated with LWJ.Results:The occurrence rate of moderate,severe dysplasia and tumor in LWJ group were lower than model group statistically(P 0 05 ).There was no difference between LWJ group and Retinoid group(P 0 05 ).ISA,IGF,GSF and ING in LWJ group were lower than those in model group(P 0 01 ).Among the four parameters,the improvement of IGF and GSF were significantly better than those in Retinoid group(P 0 01 ).Conclusion:LWJ can improve the pathological atypism of gastric mucosa,so as to prevent the further progress of GPL in rats.
