Polymerizable photo-initiator for substituting phosphonate with aryl formyl phenyl

2014
The invention discloses a polymerizable photo-initiator for substituting phosphonate with aryl formyl phenyl and relates to the field of photo-cured materials. By introducing groups such as carbon-carbon double bonds into the photo-initiator, on the one hand, the aryl formyl phenyl is used for substituting phosphonate and changed from powder into liquid, so that the better mixing performance in a polymerization system can be realized and the efficiency of an optical polymerization system can be improved; on the other hand, the residual photo-initiator and photo-dissociated fragment molecules have the polymerization characteristics of free radicals in the presence of unsaturated double bonds, so that the residual photo-initiator and photo-dissociated fragment molecules can be homopolymerized, copolymerized or crosslinked with selves, photo-cured resins or acrylate monomers, can be introduced into a polymerization chain or a cross-linking network to become an immovable unit and also can be used for improving the sanitary safety performance of photo-cured coating and photo-cured ink.
