Research progress in the molecular therapy of neuroblastoma

Neuroblastoma is the most common solid extracranial malignancy in infants.For low-risk neuroblastoma, surgery usually yields excellent outcomes. For high-risk neuroblastoma, the curative effect has remained poor despite various treatment schemes.Molecular biological therapy sheds light on new therapeutic ideas.New promising therapies are discussed.
