Análise de crescimento de plantas de umbuzeiro sob diferentes concentrações de giberelina

2020
The use of phytohormones in native species, specifically Spondias tuberosa, is scarce; however, the use of growth regulators may become an innovative management practice of the species when it interferes decisively in precocity. The present study aimed to identify the effect of gibberellic acid on the growth of Spondias tuberosa (Spondias tuberosa Arruda) seedlings. The experiment was carried out in a completely randomized design with five treatments (Spondias tuberosa plants with 250 plants), and the experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design with five treatments (Spondias tuberosa plants with 250 were treated with a solution of 30 ml of gibberellic acid (GA3) per plant at concentrations of 0 mg L-1, 100 mg L-1 , 200 mg L-1, 300 mg L-1 and 400 mg L- 1, in single application via leaf with the help of manual sprayer), six replicates and plot of a useful plant per pot. The gibberellin intensified the vegetative growth of Spondias tuberosa seedlings and provided the formation of plants with vigorous root system, thick and long stem and abundant leaf area exuberant with maximum biomass obtained at the concentration of 337 mg L-1 of GA3. The application of gibberellin may be an important management practice for Spondias tuberosa plants in order to obtain early plants with lower juvenile phase time and, thus, to anticipate the productive period, however, later work at the field level is necessary for validation and recommendation.
