The diode comprises an organic electroluminescent layer (6) interposed between a lower electrode and a partially transparent upper electrode and semi-reflective, which itself comprises a sub-layer transparent conductor (4) and an underlayer metal (3) current distribution, for example an opaque grid; an anti-reflection dielectric layer (2) is deposited on the grid to improve the emission contrast in ambient light, which, in an advantageous variant, is adapted to optimize the semi-reflective properties of the upper electrode, which allows to improve optical cavity effect, the transmitted light extraction.
