Switching converter using thin film microtransformer with monolithically-integrated rectifier diodes

1995
The authors describe a compact switching power converter using a thin film microtransformer monolithically integrated with rectifier diodes represents the first step in developing a monolithic microswitching power converter that can be integrated with semiconductor devices and magnetic components. This power converter is a single-ended forward power converter with resonant reset, and it operates successfully at 15 MHz. The maximum output power is 0.5 W. >
