On-line bubble removal device for oil

The invention discloses an on-line bubble removal device for oil. The on-line bubble removal device comprises an oil-gas separation barrel, a guide impeller, a gas outlet pipe, an upper cover used for sealing an upper opening of the oil-gas separation barrel and an exhaust valve fixedly connected with the upper end of the gas outlet pipe. The oil-gas separation barrel comprises a cylindrical rotary cavity in the upper portion and a separation cavity coaxially and integrally formed in the bottom of the rotary cavity. An oil inlet pipe is arranged on one side of the rotary cavity in the tangential direction. An oil outlet is formed in the bottom of the oil-gas separation barrel. The guide impeller is rotationally arranged in the rotary cavity. The gas outlet pipe is vertically arranged in the middle, is fixedly connected with the upper cover and enables the separation cavity to communicate with the exhaust valve on the outer portion. The on-line bubble removal device can achieve a pure mechanical structure, needs no power and operates along with oil operating, and bubble gathering can be effectively accelerated.
