FATORES DETERMINANTES NA PERCEPÇÃO DO USO DE UM SISTEMA DE INFORMAÇÃO EM SAÚDE

2017
Based on a SUS study in the State of Minas Gerais, with the application of a survey in all 3.026 state's Basic Health Units that use the information system of the State Neonatal Screening Program (PETN-MG). In this context, the main problem of this study is to know: What are the determinants of use of a PTN -MG information system and what are the relations between them? To answer that question, it was developed a study based in the PTN-MG, with a survey to all state UBS that use a module of intelligent information system, to know the perceptions of users based on the    Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Task Technology Fit (TTF) models integration with the Human Development Index (HDI) variables of the counties and the UBS data treatment capacity        analyzing the information system´s determinants of the use and their relationships.  The study had a sample of 308 responses and, of the 16 initial hypotheses, 6 were confirmed by means of modeling of structural equations. The main results confirm that TAM and TTF models complement each other, since they have several significant relations between their constructs. Another important finding of this study was the inverse relationship found between Counties´ IDH and the perception of usefulness of TAM model. It is understood that this research proposal was achieved and also indicates future research such as: application of the model in other social context including new social variables to do different analysis of TAM and TTF models.
